Presentation summary:
The golden-winged warbler has undergone significant population declines in Pennsylvania due to the loss of early successional forest habitat. Work at Resica Falls Boy Scouts Reservation through Working Lands for Wildlife, a Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) cost share program has resulted in the creation of 200-acres of warbler habitat to date at the Boy Scout camp. Learn more about the golden-winged warbler and its habitat needs, and hear from a landowner group that has undertaken activities to improve conditions for the bird.

Presented by: Jeff Larkin, Professor, Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and Bob Hartman, Conservation Committee Chair, Cradle of Liberty Council, Boy Scouts of America.
